I sent Charlie pictures of trash/debris I needed hauled from my yard and he gave me an estimate. He came over to the house and found that the trash I needed hauling was more than it appeared -- and that was a fair assessment. He was willing to work with me and we reached an agreement. After all that his crew got attacked by a family of huge rats in my backyard. He laughed it off! His crew did everything I asked. Job well done.
Bede is worth your trust. I had a difficult day where nobody could be there for the pick-up of my furniture, so I gave Bede and his worker access to my home. I'm so glad I chose Bede. They were so professional, everything was done perfectly, he was on time, he kept me notified of where they were, my furniture got moved without damage, they were fully prepared. Bede is worth every bit of the reputation he's built for himself. I'd trust him with the keys to my house again any day.
Anthony from Eastbay Movers and Landscaping Services did a great job for me. He showed up on time. Took care of my landscaping needs, planted new bushes, laid down mulch, trimmed a tree, and will continue to help me with lawn maintenance. He also hauled off a large pick-up load of junk that I needed to get rid of. This is a great added value to his services. He does landscaping and he is able to haul items away for you. Very helpful. Furthermore, he is knowledgeable on the landscaping side and has given me very good advice for the best approach to maintaining the yard and when to do what. He will also bring in additional help when he thinks it is necessary. He is very accessible - takes calls and will send you pictures of his work if you are off-site. Very nice person too.
I had been requesting for some one to come pick up two item. After receiving two quotes of almost $200 I found this great and professional business. We worked out a price and day for pick up and he let me know when it was complete. Thanks again!
Mr. Leatherwood is reliable, supportive of what you want done no matter what (from trash removal to picking up furniture) and a wonderful human being. I would recommend unconditionally.
Mario arrived early, took good care to pack my computer and big screen TV and even took some clothes that were unexpected and some excess trash...when we arrived at my new home, their was a challenge waiting to unload at the loading dock and he/staff did not complain...I even had a contractor stop by unexpectedly earlier in the move process and that wasn't a problem either..Top Notch !!!
Able to pick up same day, and worked quickly!
Terrific business to work with. Arrived on time, removed all our trash, very personable, gave quote and stuck with the amount. Very impressed. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
These guys were great! They were punctual, outbid everyone else, and did quick work. They even swept and cleaned the dirt up after they were done that was there before, despite me telling them they didn't have to! I would highly recommend everyone use FamilyBiz for any trash removal needs. Thanks again guys for a great service!
We feel so lucky to have found Antonio. He deserves more than five stars! He was very easy to get in touch with and he responded quickly. He showed up with a lot of tools and equipment. He also went to Home Depot for me to pick up the extra items I needed. He recommended an even better solution to our problem which involved opening up the drywall. He finished and painted the wall so nicely it looked good as new. It was clear he knew what he was doing and he took his time with everything to get the best result possible. He really takes pride in his work! While he was here he even fixed a couple extra things I hadn’t thought of. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and we look forward to having him work on projects for us in the future.
He picked up all the trash/debris and cleaned up. Did not leave bits and pieces behind like other companies. Really happy with the service provided, would def use them again!
Ryan showed up on time as scheduled. He was very fast and efficient with the replcement of the garbage disposal. I will definitely use Ryan of Delightful Contracting for future plumbing needs.
Cesar was prompt, professional and made quick work of my piles of trash that needed to be hauled after my move. I gave relatively short notice for the job but he made himself available the next day and was the only person that contacted me who didn't have an astronomical quote. I even ended up giving more than we originally discussed because I was so impressed. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!
Mr Stavo Hurtado is very professional and efficient, he installed my garbage disposal in a jiff. I will definitely use him on my next projects, thank you Thumbtack , Great job!!!
I had a gas fireplace installed two years ago. Another contractor did the basic frame and sheetrock around the fireplace but didn't finish the job. Jenrri met with me in person to assessed the job and give a quote for the work. Jenrri was pleasant and professional and my two Westies both liked him. If they didn't like him I wouldn't have hired him. He said the front area around the firebox would need to have the sheetrock replaced with cement board. I was glad he knew this because not having the right materials could be a fire hazard. After meeting with him. I decided to hire him and planned for him to come Feb. 16-19, 2016 to do this job. He did this job with another worker named Melby. Jenrri and I had to buy materials from the store the first day, but Melby stayed and started working. He removed the sheetrock and also cut boards for the shiplap look I wanted on the upper front and sides of the fireplace. Jenrri and Melby completed cutting and installing about half of the boards the first day. They laid tile on the hearth and around the firebox. I had picked large tiles for the hearth and small tiles to go around the firebox. The small tiles took more time to cut and install. Some of the tile around the firebox doesn't lay completely flat because of the screws for the cement board and because the framing around the firebox wasn't level. If I had to pick again I would have picked larger tiles to go around the firebox. They would have been easier to install and wouldn't have shown that the firebox wasn't completely level. After the tile and boards were installed they painted all the boards and the two walls on each side of the fireplace. Then installed the mantle and touched up the painting. They did a very nice job cleaning up when the work was done and even put furniture and a rug back in place. They also completed the job on time. I am happy with my finished fireplace. It looks beautiful. Both Jenrri and Melby work hard and do a good job. Maybe if Jenrri did the whole project instead of finishing someone else's work it would have been perfect. I would hire him again and I would recommend him to others.
Working with Paul from the Langway Brothers was so wonderful. He gave me free estimates with different options on possible ways they could fix our plumbing issue. I've gotten quotes from several other plumbers (even corporate companies) and it was a steal of a deal not to work with them. They did an awesome job from start to finish, they cleaned up after themselves, and they contacted us to follow-up on any additional matters. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend them!
Very flexible and reasonably priced. Picked up backyard debris that needed to be removed prior to open house.
Over the last 10 months of a never ending kitchen restoration, my DH and I have interacted with many contractors, vendors and repair people. Some of those experiences have been so God awful that I just wanted to go sit in the corner of a room and stare off into space from the shock. Not in this case. Our yard became a wasteland of debris and horrifying garbage after 1. storing our kitchen goods and wares outside in a tent. 2. The workers we had redoing our kitchen were constantly throwing their supplies/trash/detritus outside. 3. A rainy, mild winter resulted in many sopping wet pieces of cardboard, tarps, etc. 4. The final kicker was the last Winter snowstorm a few weeks back. Lost a lot of supplies and belongings to melting snow that turned into pure ice and than ruined things in the melt. So this was not an easy, nice or organized job to do. Basically our yard looked liked a ruined base camp after a Mount Everest collapse combined with a post apocalyptic backdrop for a Zombie movie. That was before the Junk Unlimited crew showed up today. I only give high praise once in a blue moon. It is well deserved here. Fast, super polite and very organized work. Something that could have been fraught with stress, was actually a happy experience. Very reasonable rates too. It is so nice to find total professionals who do a job well and leave people smiling when they're done. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Nate did a great job. He put my bookshelves together in less than two hours for a very reasonable price. The anchoring system wasn't included in the box and I had to return to Ikea to pick it up. Nate was nice enough to return two days later and anchor my shelves to the wall. I will definitely use him again!
Helped de clutter the garage bags instead of putting everything out for a special pick up. The guys were really nice and I highly recommend them!
They renovated our new office in downtown Baltimore - drywall installation, painting, flooring and toilet installation. They were the only company who was willing to work with our budget and they did an excellent job. I can recommend them without any reservation.
