- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing generally is different than what is posting online. Also I generally get paid half the total prior to beginning work. The other half should be paid upon deliver of the project/media or service is complete

Typically I have a video phone call ( 30 mins to 1 hr) to get the full scope of the project. Based on the project type, I generally provide a overview of what the deliverables of the project would be. Typically
