I can't say enough good things about my experience with Lance and his crew! The job involved a large and complex clean out of my childhood home that seemed insurmountable (emotionally and practically). From the initial estimate visit with Magain through the final walkthrough with Lance, I was relieved to be in experienced, efficient, and non judgemental hands. They saved much of my sanity during a very tumultuous period and I will always be grateful.

I have been working with Spaulding Decon, MD. (Magain & Lance) over 2 years now & it has been a great partnership. This is definitely a 5 Star rating operation. My sister who happens to be a senior citizen with Cerebral Palsy was in a tough spot with her limited mobility & hoarding tendencies. Frankly the family was at the end of our rope when we discovered the indescribable mess my sister was living in. I went on line did, my due diligence & came across Spaulding Decon who specializes in these matters. Trust me they have exceeded all expectations. Their no judgement approach,along with getting the job done in a timely fashion was greatly appreciated. Everything they said they would do plus was done. Their follow up is impeccable. Long story short my sister is on her way to an Assisted Living facility & we would have never reached this point without the assistance of Magain & Lance with Spaulding Decon, MDSteven Cook

Spaulding Decon's customer service is A-1. I had rodent feces removal service, and they did a great job. Super nice and courteous. I was in full panic mode dealing with this, and Lance was very reassuring. Though pricey, I would contract out again.

I hired Spaulding Decon for my remediation services after a burst frozen pipe wreaked havoc on my home. They showed up within hours of my requests and were present to take the insurance adjuster on the walk through. This family business was passionate about their work and compassionate about their client. I would hire them again.
