- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO. Every potential customers yards are different. The service they choose has to be priced accordingly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a e-mail or phone call I try to respond back as quickly as possible. Then I like to set a time up at their convenience to meet them at their property. When we talk first I try to get a idea of what service they would like done so I can bring samples and catalogs with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to have continuing education every year to hold my chemical and fertilizer licence. I get a lot of my education from my associations I belong to also. I also learned a lot in the landscape industry with all these years of experience.
