Tony replaced the washing machine drain pump. Pricing was reasonable.
UPDATE: Tony was supposed to call me back about two other appliances and never called back. Tried reaching him multiple times and no response. Finally got him on the phone and he said he'd call back, but never did. Very unprofessional.

Tony even offered to provide a free review of new appliance brands when I mentioned I was looking to upgrade the kitchen suite.
