Tony replaced the washing machine drain pump. Pricing was reasonable. UPDATE: Tony was supposed to call me back about two other appliances and never called back. Tried reaching him multiple times and no response. Finally got him on the phone and he said he'd call back, but never did. Very unprofessional.

It was immediately evident Tony cared about his business and his commitment to service. He offered sound advice and explained his assessment of the issue. He provided knowledgeable information and recommendations on care maintenance going forward. Tony even offered to provide a free review of new appliance brands when I mentioned I was looking to upgrade the kitchen suite. Tony was personable and easy to talk to, making the experience much more pleasant. And he offered a military/veteran discount! I will certainly recommend his company to others and plan to utilize his company in the future.
