Gabrielle was amazing! She listened to all my needs and wants. She pulled off my very mexican signature drink!! Which was a hit! She came through for me in a moment of stress and I am so greatful I found her! Everyone loved her! If and when I need a bartender again she will be my go to!

Gabi was a dream to work with! Extremely professional, talented in her craft, friendly and prompt, it was incredibly easy to pick a plan, dream up the menu and have it come to life! We got tons of compliments on the drinks at our wedding, and we SO appreciated her flexibility and making a delicious menu with lots of options for our guests (3 specialty cocktails AND a mocktail in addition to all our beer, wine and non-alcoholic options). We would 100% work with Greene Olives again :)

Gabriel was amazing to talk to in the phone. I do not drink and was having a bar so she was very professional and helped me feel comfortable. She gave excellent drink options and had great package options as well for all budgets. I didn’t actually use her, but I wanted to still give her a great review. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices listed above are starting rates and subject to changed based on each clients individual needs. Also, we do offer military discounts for all active duty and retired veterans as our way for saying thank you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer all new clients a 30 minute free consultation so we can get a better idea of their vision. Once we have gathered all the information we need, we will provide clients with an estimate based on the services requested. If everything looks good, clients will then pay a non-refundable deposit to lock in their date and we will continue the planning process so we are prepared for their upcoming event.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open and honest about your budget. To minimize your stress and maximize efficiency take advantage of packages that are offered.
