- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices listed above are starting rates and subject to changed based on each clients individual needs. Also, we do offer military discounts for all active duty and retired veterans as our way for saying thank you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer all new clients a 30 minute free consultation so we can get a better idea of their vision. Once we have gathered all the information we need, we will provide clients with an estimate based on the services requested. If everything looks good, clients will then pay a non-refundable deposit to lock in their date and we will continue the planning process so we are prepared for their upcoming event.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open and honest about your budget. To minimize your stress and maximize efficiency take advantage of packages that are offered.
