- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have worked or currently work in some of the busiest restaurants in the DC Metro area. We love the business. Not necessarily the hours. This affords us the same customer service satisfaction without the long hours and clean up. And honestly, it feels great to be your own independent boss. I would love for all of my staff to one day duplicate what I am doing and create their own business models.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly private parties. But we can handle everything from an intimate dinner to a party at FedEx.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This past weekend we Bartended a private party. The home was equipped with a fully stocked bar. 100 people showed up and it was an open bar. It felt like a regular busy Friday night shift at your local favorite bar. 20 mins in we knew everyone's name and their favorite drink!
