Excellent repair by On Time HVAC. My gas fireplace wasn't turning on but the technician was able to quickly diagnose and fix the wiring. He also replaced the electrical switch and cleaned up the fireplace. Looks and works great! Will definitely hire them again for my next fireplace project!

My parents and I have used On-Time at least 4 times over the past few years, and every single time has been an amazing experience. They communicate frequently and well when setting up times/dates for servicing, and have been flexible on fitting the visit into a time when we are available. The service time has been surprisingly fast every visit, and they explain what the issue was and how they fixed it afterwards, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them for all heating/AC needs, and we will definitely be calling them for any & all of our future needs.
