Called for service in the evening, and Troy, Tech Pro, came as promised the next day. Troy was a nice guy and very professional. He did his diagnosis and explained the problems he found. He was straightforward and honest with what had to be done, and he fixed it. Troy knew his stuff. He gave us a reasonable, sincere price, and the washing machine now runs great.
