- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Prestige Cleaning Services, LLC we strive to provide our customers with reasonable prices based on the kind of cleaning requested(Standard/Deep Cleaning) and the size of the residential or commercial property. We do offer discounts for our re-occuring customer for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning needs. Other discounts may be offered for various holidays or etc. We provide quality cleaning services, ensuring that We are meeting the customer expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer via telephone/text for a standard introduction and explanation of services. Schedule a time to discuss cleaning request, attain and exchange information and obtain customer contact info, email and address. Discuss rates based on cleaning request and schedule appointment for services to be completed. Confirm appointment with customer again 24 hours before services are rendered. Arrive, at the Commercial/Residential property for cleaning and complete a Customer intake form, highlighting all areas and focus on cleaning. Complete cleaning Job. Provide pictures of the completed job and send invoice for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prestige Cleaning Services, LLC, Owner actively holds the BIIAB, BICS along with a continuing educational degree. In addition, we follow the APPA Cleaning Standards. Our continuing education trainings, assist us with enhancing our attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to learn and adapt in any environment.
