Outstanding Last-Minute Service from Too Tough! I recently reached out to Too Tough for a last-minute junk removal, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I needed a king-size bed frame and two rugs removed the same day I was moving out, and Ronnie was a lifesaver! From the moment I contacted them, Ronnie was incredibly responsive. He got back to me immediately and was very communicative throughout the process. I sent him a picture of what I needed removed, and he promptly provided me with a fair quote and even sent over an invoice along with his Zelle information. This made the payment process super convenient! When Ronnie arrived, he had a positive attitude and got right to work. He efficiently removed everything in no time and was on his way, which I greatly appreciated. It was such a relief to have someone available on short notice and at an affordable price. I also really liked that Ronnie shared his cell number ahead of time. This made the Zelle transaction smooth and stress-free, allowing me to pay him while he was finishing up and avoiding any awkward moments. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do it that day but we scheduled a date and time and he arrived at that time. I will definitely be using his services again! Thank you for getting the job done so quickly.
