MSJ was hired to aerate, fertilize, and seed my yard. The assignment was split between Sam, the father, who gets the communications through thumbtack and phone calls. I live in Bowie Md so the actual yard work was performed by the son, Joshua. He did a good job on the aeration, fertilizer, and seeding but my overall experience would have been better if MSJ paid more attention to the customer service and "business " side of the business. Communication could have been better - Sam gave Joshua the wrong address so when I came home, he was working my next door neighbors yard. Thank goodness I got home when I did. Joshua did a good job on the yard, but a job is not finished until clean up is done and everything is put back in its place (i.e, hoses )...the yard should be neat. I had questions and requested a call back through thumbtack, but I had to keep calling Joshua until I happen to catch him. I asked for a receipt and Sam was supposed to send it...don't have it yet. The price was reasonable but make sure you know whats included in the price. All in all, yard work fine, but improve the business side to be more professional. That will take you even further. Thank you.
