It took less than thirty minutes for Doug to respond to my Thumbtack photo job ad. He was straightforward in his responses to my queries about previous job shoots on the Hill. Confirming his availability to do the job was flawless. A few clicks and done with complete information on the number of work hours and price. On the day of the shoot, he arrived 30 minutes early, surveyed the room and already was in position even before the event started. He reconfirmed my photo requirements to make sure he took shots according to my requirements. When the job was done, he packed up and informed me on a 24 hour turnaround of photos. Within an hour, I received the receipt for the job via email. Within six hours, he sent me four of his favorite shots in case I needed to upload photos on our company website. The whole experience was smooth with no stress involved. The best part of the wonderful experience was the photos. They were fabulous photos capturing the moments perfectly. What can I say? Doug is not only a business professional but also a master photographer. I'm definitely working with him again.
