I must say that my 12 year old daughter received nothing short of proficient and inerrant service from Mr. Harper. Although she has just started her musical journey, he has displayed the most professional and courteous form of customer service I have witnessed in quite some time. I am extremely impressed with how erudite and well informed he is with music. We are looking forward to many more sessions with him. Satisfied would be an understatement.

I signed my teenaged daughter for vocal lessons. She’s only had one lesson so far, but she rated it a 9.5/10. On my end he has always been respectful and professional. I’m excited to see how she progresses over the Summer.

Mr. Harper has been teaching my child for a few months now. She has never struggled with any other activity lessons but she finds piano really challenging. Mr. Harper is incredibly patient with her, even during her toughest “I quit” moments.
We really appreciate his calm approach and finding creative ways to get my daughter interested in piano. She went from not wanting to even touch the keyboard to trying her best most lessons. Finally, she thinks Mr. Harper is a great teacher, which is the most important thing for us!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
● Lessons occur once a week for 60 minutes. Each lesson costs $80/hour.
Lessons are booked in packages of 4 lessons,
6 lessons, or 8 lessons. Payment for each package is due at time of booking.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the lesson will result in a $40
cancellation fee. For virtual lessons, if the student is more than 15 minutes late it
counts as a no show and will also result in a $40 cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to ask what goals you are trying to accomplish then set up a plan in tackling them. I will also run a few tests to see where you are and what work needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with multiple students of various ages. I’ve sung at the Kennedy Center as well as in front of Presidents. I have preformed with professional artist such as Neal Diamond, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Bilge and other celebrities.
