This was an amazing experience and delicious food. I took my wife to Ca C’est Bon for the cooking class and was not disappointed. We learned how to make this lovely dish. Cajun shrimp and Fettuccine in an all natural Alfredo sauce topped with micro Greens. It was extraordinary, very professional. It’s was a very relaxed and comfortable learning experience. We not only learned how to cook but we were taught some very useful techniques with food prep, cooking, and flavoring. It was very detailed and any questions we had were explained and addressed with ease. Will definitely be going back to Ca C’est Bon Katering again, excited to learn more. Huge thank you to Chef Tem for this wonderful, fun, and delicious experience.
