- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Routine - $80.00 1st Attempt within 7 bus. days Rush - $120.00 1st Attempt within 3 bus. days Same Day - $160.00 1st Attempt same day if not to late in the day Posting - $40.00 1st Attempt within 48hrs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can can call or email but the simplest way is to upload information via ********************* (Request Service). From there I take over. If all is smooth as always then you will get completed work of delivery or attempted delivery with GPS location and time stamped of attempts. An invoice will be sent upon completion. That's it! Very simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is the best trainer. I've been doing serves and document deliveries since 2010.
