- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an intake, gathering information on your preferences and the condition of the property to ensure we provide you with a consultation on maintenance items that should be repaired to alleviate future disruptions. We will then explain all of our processes and showcase the added benefits you'll receive by partnering with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require our team members to be licensed real estate agents and take continuing education courses related to all types of topics, including fair housing laws and practices in all three of the states we serve.
