The Innovative Installations tech was very responsive to my questions regarding the replacement installation of an AV component in my system. Though we had set a work date unfortunately I was not able to keep it because I was called into work that same day so I will have to be in contact to reschedule but I was very pleased with his quick response and the professional manner of our contact.
