We hired this company to replace siding damage due to a fire. Their work was wonderful. Seeing the house repaired made me feel whole again. They stayed within the schedule as well. I'll definitely hire them again in the future.

We were so happy with the work that was done by the team!! Our house unfortunately has had a lot of ongoing issues with water from not being built properly when it was flipped in 2024, so when we were able to fix a decent chunk of the problem we were tickled pink! We had the siding of part of the house removed, that was getting continuous water damage, all untreated moldy wood removed, Tyvek put up this time, wood replaced, metal sheeting put on at the bottom near the original stone foundation (1890s limestone mortar), and siding put back on properly this time. we are so pleased with the work that was completed and we will definitely be hiring again in the future if needed. great job guys!!!

Fernando responded to my request for pricing to replace/repair damaged vinyl siding on my house. His price beat the competitors by hundreds. He showed up as promised and finished the job very efficiently. I would definitely use Express Builders for any jobs in the future and would highly recommend using him for any exterior work needed on your home!

Fernando was incredibly responsive. He came out to see what I needed the very next morning. He viewed the problem, and then fixed it within twenty minutes. I can not tell that the siding had come loose at all. It looks like new.

Not only was the work completed quickly as with high quality, but I was also given an overview of why I was having the problem I had in the first place which was super helpful in helping me sort another repair I need.
