Javier was a terrific person to work with. He communicated promptly when I reached out to him and set an appointment. He arrived on time and was courteous enough to ask where it was advisable he park his truck. He went straight to work, was able to diagnose and provide a solution to my stated problem (filter wasn't working) and was set about to clean the pond. I was given the specs to purchase a replacement filter which was provided within the hour. Everything went smoothly and I'm happy to recommend him to others who require service with their pond. My koi fish are happy!!!!

My pricing is competitive. I also offer discounts on recurring work that involves monthly services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally when I arrive to do a service for the 1st time, I explain the entire process of the job before I get started just in case there are any concerns. If all is well then i complete the task. payment is needed upon completion of work.
