- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its not that its complicated but it is different for every person. I have many types of training available and want to give the best quality training at the most affordable price. There are many ways I can help you get the quality training you need just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love phone calls because I can ask important questions and you can tell me all the details of what problems you are facing. We go over a custom lesson plan for you and your dogs needs. Yes you will have to do homework but it’s fun homework! We then meet the following week and test out those skills. If your dog passes we go on to the next lesson plan that builds on that foundation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several courses in dog behavior through the canine research institute at Duke University. I just moved to Jacksonville to pursue my psychology degree at Jacksonville University , I worked with several rescues in the Baltimore MD area doing board and train for adoptable pets to help them on their path to finding forever homes. I also worked at a local kennel Teclas K9 academy specializing in behavioral dogs, and shutzhund security
