Introduction: I am a professional violinist and have been playing and collaborating with artists all over the world. I have been teaching violin with great results for 20+ years. Graduates of my studio have been admitted to prestigious conservatories such as Oberlin Conservatory, Manhattan School of Music, Rutgers Mason Gross School of Music, and others and have won many competitions throughout the United States. I have a deep love and appreciation for music and I enjoy teaching my students from beginners to very advanced or adults. All levels are welcome! I’m happy to teach you in person or virtually wherever you are! My studio is located in Burtonsville, Montgomery county, MD. My studio is geared towards the motivated student seeking a well-rounded enjoyable, yet detailed, music education that focuses on both excellence and artistry. Special emphasis is placed on building and maintaining a strong classical music base, which is the foundation for all other styles and techniques found in music. I am here to help you reach your goals and guide you step by step. I have performed all styles of music: classical , pop, jazz, folk, tango and salon music as well as chamber music, and orchestra music. My daughter is so excited after her first lesson. I can tell this is a great match, the instructor is kind and knowledgeable. She was also very helpful answering my questions promptly as I navigated instrument rental and supplies. We are so happy we found Adina!

Ms.Adina is a wonderful teacher. She is very patient with a beginner. My daughter recently changed a violin teacher to Ms.Adina. She taught her from the fundamental things, postures, etc. She is very professional and responsive through emails and text. I like her value of teaching and her approach to teaching. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$200/month weekly 30 minutes $275/month weekly 45 minutes $350/month weekly 60 minutes Discounts: I provide discounts when more than one family member takes lessons regularly with me. Lessons are scheduled once a week. The duration of lesson is determined by each student’s level and their age.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free online consultation where I listen carefully to what the customer wants to achieve. I develop and customize a lesson plan. I provide exercises and choose a repertoire that will accelerate their progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in Europe and started my music education at an early age. I worked with famous pedagogues and musicians and participated in many international competitions. I have a master degree in violin performance and enjoy performing and teaching my students.
