I hired Tonja for a three-hour consultation for my boyfriend Jeremy. He needed some help developing his personal style and not only did she get him on the right track, but she also made the experience fun. Jeremy is actually excited to go shopping now and we plan to bring Tonja along the way. This was a first time experience for the both of us and we didn't really know what to expect ("What Not To Wear" was my only point of reference), but as soon as Tonja came in, her warm personality made us feel like we had known each other for a long time. She is bubbly, funny, and all about making the client look his/her absolute best. She even gave ME some tips on taking my wardrobe to the next level. What I love the most is her mission to not simply 'makeover' the client, but to help him/her express who they are in a stylish way. She organized his closet and gave the items he no longer wanted to the thrift store. She's even sending him the donation receipts in the mail. Thank you so much, Tonja! You have clients for life!

I hired Tonja to help me plan a capsule wardrobe for a vacation. She cam prepared with some ideas and then we went to work going through my closet. I started by laying out some initial ideas and then she helped build upon that. It was more like hanging with a girlfriend than meeting with a consultant! By then end we were in a groove, building ideas off each other. Even better - 80% of what we decided came from what I already had. Tonja sent me a list of our decisions and what items I need to add to complete the wardrobe. Tojna was a great help and definitely worth it!

The Creatively Organized team came in and immediately begin to work; mind you, they performed a free 30-minute site visit prior to the service. They performed an intense purge (3 hr service) in my closets as those were the areas I had the most anxiety about. This was a pre-move service. After the purge and removal of a few unwanted items, they created a manifest and moving labels for each of my rooms. They also took a couple of bags to the donation center and emailed me the receipt. A fantastic and through job with a great prices.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often offer introductory promotional rates for bidding purchases. Clients services and price points are often customized based on clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to schedule a 30 minute free consultation; sort of a meet and greet with the client before services are rendered. A meet/greet, allows the client to meet the organizer and it allows the organizer to better assess the onsite area requiring organizing in order to establish the organization services that would best fit the clients needs. Once the consultation is over, the organizer identifies the work that needs to be done, a price point is determined and a contract is created and sent to the client via email before the service and signed upon completion of the service. In addition, a customized assessment, miscellaneous organizational tips pamphlet and a list of recommended organizational equipment customized to the client, is left with the client as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree at accredited university. Currently a certified member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Over 2000 hours of organizational experience.
