I needed a printer associated with my work computer and had been having trouble getting the issue resolved. It was critically important to my accomplishing a difficult task. The tech was able to come out to my house in less than 2 hours! The pro seamlessly fixed the problem, was thorough in testing it, and even double-checked that my toner was inserted properly. He was truly a pro, and a gentleman at that! And the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use his company in the future when I need IT help.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If the Project is within a 60 mile radius, no extra charges for Travel.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    basically the customer call in and/or provides their contact details then we'll talk it out from there. If its local then everything can be done personally, on-site meeting but if its remote (not local) needed info would be card details or Paypal. Then after we (us Pros and the customer) get more info about the project, we resolve the issues remotely or on-site.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and also CCIE Certified. (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert )
