The Computer has not been repaired and he refuses to issue a refund. Why would you drop a PC of at 9:30pm that is not properly working, Issued no invoices, then request us to come to Beltsville MD to drop the PC off when we agreed to at home service. Hello Jo-anne, I appreciate your concern expressed within your review. I can verify that when we tested the computer at our office it was working correctly. And a paid invoice receipt was issued. Like stated in our past correspondence we are more then willing to re-look at the computer and fix the problem. Thank You

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?If the Project is within a 60 mile radius, no extra charges for Travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?basically the customer call in and/or provides their contact details then we'll talk it out from there. If its local then everything can be done personally, on-site meeting but if its remote (not local) needed info would be card details or Paypal. Then after we (us Pros and the customer) get more info about the project, we resolve the issues remotely or on-site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and also CCIE Certified. (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert )
