I had the pleasure of living in one of Ray's properties from 2020 - 2021 while I finishing my final year of my undergraduate career and it was a great experience overall. I can definitely attest that living here wholeheartedly prepared me to live on my own when I moved out due to new life changes. He always made sure to communicate rules of the home (trash & cleaning schedule, as well as when bills were due). He continually ensured the landscaping of the property was on point from the lawn to fresh produce to the blossoming flowers. Whenever a issue arose, he made sure to address it professionally but always maintained a level of understanding as life can throw one lemons. Ray is a caring, resourceful individual. When something needed to by fixed in the home that he couldn't fix on his own, he always knew who to call to get it addressed immediately. All in all, don't hesitate to work with OTM Rental & Property Management for your needs!
