- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing: $65/hr — Our Professional Organizer, will come in, whirl around, then leave you with peace harmony and a beautifully transformed space. You will look forward to coming home! After 10 hours, a 10% discount is applied for future services. All appointments are a minimum of four hours. We frown upon cancellations, but realize they are unavoidable sometimes. We request no cancellations within 24 hours. Bookkeeping: $60/hour — Stacy will provide all inclusive bookkeeping for you, managing your expenses and income, reporting, etc. Her goal is to keep you on track and fully informed so you can make good decisions for your fiscal life! Stacy uses Quickbooks Online version, which allows you to maintain up to the minute control and oversight of your information. You keep 100% control over your accounts - bank / credit card / investment / etc. There are several ways to effectively gather information, and we can review those with you, so that you will remain comfortable at all times. The goal is to keep you confident and in control, while also being provided full bookkeeping services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates and would be happy to schedule this at your convenience. If you would like to bypass the estimate, our Professional Organizers are available to work within a week. Once you have an appointment scheduled, your Organizer will arrive and get to work, leaving you with a beautifully transformed space! We are working in compliance with all Covid-19 safety recommendations, including the utilization of masks.
