Wolfmoon Catering helped make the night SUPER special. The bride and groom wanted a free flowing, very relaxed reception. Wolfmoon supported that with their tray served hors d'oeurves, three food stations, open bar, dessert service, and coffee bar. The food was delicious - lots of great comments. Their presentation fit perfectly with the theme. Their bartenders were VERY flexible, making three signature drinks throughout the evening. All in all, the entire Wolfmoon staff, from initial tasting to clean-up, met and exceeded our expectations. The catering went off without a hitch. Chef Brett and his team were fantastic! We knew we wanted to use Wolfmoon catering for our wedding because of the great experience we had had at a friends wedding. During our initial phone meeting, Chef Brett really listened to what we wanted. We wanted to incorporate our "home/comfort foods" to the wedding. With my husband being from Philadelphia and myself from Maryland, Chef Brett created a personalized passed Hors d'oeuvre menu for us - a Philly cheese-steak pretzel bite, and Maryland crab cake sliders. Our guest from Philadelphia and Maryland were very impressed! When going out to dinner, my husband and I always order several different small plates or appetizers so we can try different types of food, so we knew for our reception we did not want to have a plated dinner. We wanted our guest to enjoy different types of food so we decided to use three interactive food stations - tequila shrimp with lobster infused rice, beef tips with mashed potatoes and two types of salads. Everyone raved about how delicious the food tasted and how interactive each station was. We highly recommend using Wolfmoon Catering, they have exceeded our expectations. They really listen to what we wanted and helped make our wedding very personable. Chef Brett was wonderful to work with, he responded quickly to my emails and phone calls and was very professional. Wolfmoon catering will not disappoint!!

When we were planning our wedding we contacted so many caterers and were disappointed so many times until we met Chef Brett. We waited for caterers to get back to us for what seemed like forever only to do a tasting and find that the food was gross. That is until we met Chef Brett. He called me back from my first email within the hour and spoke to me at length about what i was looking for. He set up a private tasting for me and my husband and the food was fantastic. He only exceeded my expectations when it came to the actual wedding. People raved about the food and are still talking about his Native American butternut squash soup. Wolfmoon catering did such an awesome job and We really can't thank you enough. We will gladly use Chef Brett again for all of our Catering needs. THANKS AGAIN Angela

We were beyond pleased with the service Chef Brett provided for us at our wedding. You and your staff went 100x's above and beyond our expectations and we would, hands down, hire you again for any big event. The food was amazing, the presentation was incredible, and the friendliness of the staff was top notch! All of our guests raved about the food...even the northerners who refused to try the cheese grits talked about how much they loved them! I mean, if you can get a Yankee to love grits, it MUST be good!! :) Thank you so, so much, again for everything. You are the only person/company we will be recommending to friends and family for any type of catering needs!! Excellent food + incredible pricing + beautiful presentation + friendliest staff in town = Wolfmoon Catering!!

It saddens me to have to write a negative report regarding this company, which I've never had to do before. Wolfmoon Catering provided services for my daughter's wedding and it was terrible. I'm one who can find the good in pretty much anyone and anything, but the services that they provided or the lack of was simply terrible and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Everything sound so great up until the day of the wedding. They were late; the food was not properly prepared; the cake arrived late and thrown together as though it had fell and they took 3 hours to attempt to pull something together which had nothing between the layers which did not allow the top layer to be saved for their one year anniversary and the colors were incorrect. The service was terrible and Mr. Brett Dyer has forced us to file charges because he is too arrogant to admit that the services they provided were not what we paid for. I would not recommend them to others based on not just their bad service on the wedding day, but their attitudes after specific problems and breach of contract items were brought to their attention. As much as we would want to support our own (African American) businesses there are services such as this that would make one second guess considering supporting their own again. I wish thumbtack would allow for pictures I would post the picture that we will be providing as evidence in court. Disappointed Mother of the Bride

Yes I have been teaching cooking classes at a local high school.

Cooking with my (Ama' Sa' ni) which means grandma in Navajo. I just would come alive when I cooked.

A wedding for 250 people at Pooks Hill just the best. Some of the food is on my profile.
