Chef Brett was understaffed, late, and underprepared for our wedding. He was unresponsive to phone calls from my day-of coordinator the day of. His employees were not all dressed professionally. He did not provide all contracted dishes and did not bring enough barware for our 112-person wedding, my mother was given a dirty plastic wine glass from the trash for her beer. The food was hardly edible and I heard a week after my event Chef Brett fell unresponsive. Staff are the cake and ice cream we provided, the chef didn't prep the food and drinks for our cocktail hour and we wasted hundreds of dollars worth of beer--who brings 2 ounce wine glasses for beer and soda? It was a huge disappointment and I believe Mr. Dyer overcommitted himself two weeks out from my event to do another wedding the day before and wasn't professional enough to call in sick and rely on a colleague in his absence. I won't ever have another wedding day, and Wolfmoon nearly ruined it. All the best parts of our reception were things we arranged, not Brett Dyer.Jul 12, 2015Verified
