Brett and Lisa catered my cousin's pre-wedding dinner party and they did a fantastic job! From the time we visited them several months in advance for a tasting event to helping us pick a menu that would be suitable for the occasion and the setting, Brett did an outstanding job. The food was great and the service impeccable. I am looking forward to working with Brett again in the near future.

If any of this territory was new to Chef Brett and his team, it sure didn't seem like it. From the time of our tasting back in September to the day of our event mid November, it was exactly what he had promised. He was so helpful, communicative and wonderful. Him and his wife are two amazing people and I can even say a power house of a team. His staff for the day were courteous and helpful and exceeded our expectations. The room was set up beautifully and everything was ready on time. Our venue was challenging because there was no kitchen but he came prepared and fired everything out of his "make do" kitchen on time and to perfection. My mother and my husband just LOVED the Chicken Foster as well as the prime rib. The bartenders handled everything well and I know we have a demanding group of friends and family. Chef Brett and Lisa went out of there way to make us feel special at our wedding reception and I could not have asked for a better day. They have a can do attitude, extremely positive, talented at what they do (FOOD WAS DELICIOUS) and the presentation of everything was wonderful.

Brett and his wife did a wonderful job at our wedding! They were very professional, warm and helpful. Working with them was a delight. They did their pasta bars for our wedding and it went well. It also rained during dinner and their staff took it in stride! I would highly recommend them. We enjoyed working with them and would do so again.

Wolfmoon Catering made my wedding day an absolute success. My husband and I had a vision for a very social reception, so we had server-passed food for the entire event, as opposed to a sit-down dinner. Everyone raved about the food--because it was great! Chef Brett's ideas are completely unique, and are foods that you do not experience when you have a sit-down dinner. Everyone was completely full and satisfied. Food was passed from the cocktail hour, through the entire reception. The servers could barely get through the kitchen before they were tackled by guests. Wolfmoon Catering is extremely professional in their appearance and their presentation. They went above and beyond in making sure the event was set up correctly. They arranged our cupcakes on a cupcake tier (the cupcakes were provided by another company, so this wasn't even Wolfmoon's "job"--and they did it anyway). I would absolutely recommend Wolfmoon Catering to anyone for any event. Their prices are great, and I wish Chef Brett would open a restaurant so that I could eat his cooking all the time. Definitely contact this caterer, no matter your budget, because he will work with you and come up with a unique menu. We also rented linens through Wolfmoon, and everything was perfect!
