My fridge/freezer stopped cooling and was blowing nothing but warm air inside. All of my food spoiled and had to be thrown out. I contacted Doctor Maintenance who scheduled a tech to come out the following morning. My appliance ending up needing a refill on refigerant. Within 5-6 hrs I was able to put some foods and drinks into the fridge (wanted to be sure it would hold up), and by the next morning, I was able to go grocery shopping and put food items into the freezer. Only cost me $150 for the repair, money well spent. I feared that I may be having to purchase a new fridge/freezer.

Doctor Maintenance fixed my Frigid aire ice maker. The repairman was very professional & courteous. He showed up on time on a Friday, explained what was needed & gave me the price before the work was done. The needed replacement part was ordered & he returned on Monday at the agreed upon time & installed. He explained what I could expect, a follow up step if the ice maker didn't produce, the company's warranty policy & any other actions if needed on my part and/or the company's. The ice maker produced 24 hours later as he estimated without any further action on my part. I would use Thumback & this appliance repair company, Doctor Maintenance.

He was courteous and professional, and was able to fit me in during the holiday week, which I really appreciated. My repair took multiple visits because parts needed to be ordered, but they followed up with me and scheduled convenient times to return and complete the repair. I was very happy with the service.
