- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give fair fixed pricing; we don’t like to give estimate pricing over the phone because every job is different. Have seen estimates go wrong because they were bid wrong, and the contractor had to cut corners to save money, or the customer was upset because the price has changed. Please allow us to look at the job and give you our professional opinion
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to always come out to the job and take a look at the issue or project, during this initial visit we like to represent ourselves and communicate with the customer so they can feel at ease with us and knowing they are in good hands.
