Dog Training Elite of Central Maryland, run by Christy Dugan and her husband Sean, is absolutely the best choice I made for training my 5 month old puppy Augie. Christy is probably the nicest person you will ever meet and she is also incredibly knowledgeable about the program and how to achieve the results you want for a well-behaved, socialized, and well-mannered member of your family. I chose the package where she comes to my home for five training sessions, and then we progress to group sessions with other clients for added distractions and further socialization. I can't wait to begin that part of the program. If you are unsure what trainer to hire for your puppy or adult dog, look no further than DTE. I guarantee you will be as happy with your decision as I am with mine. Thank you Christy and Sean you guys are awesome!!

DTE is the best! Christy is the best! We have an 8 month old German Shepard/Hound mix. Bella was very hyper, jumped a lot, listened when she wanted to, pulled when she was walked, would bite and paw you, growl and bark at us, and had some issues with potty training. Christy came over and met Bella and Bella did not let us down, all the things we explain to Christy, she showed her. Christy didnt hesitate and took on Bella. Well, needless to say, we werent sure how she would react being away from us and with a new person. After day 1 of training, it was like a different dog! We couldnt believe it! Bella thrived in training. She did things that we thought she wouldnt do! Christy would send pictures and videos of them working together. Christy would pick her up in the morning and drop her off in the late afternoon/early evening. When Christy would drop her off, she would explain what they did that day and show us Bella doing it! It was awesome! Everyday you could see Bellas confidence growing! I still cant believe everything they did and what a difference Christy made in Bella! We cant thank her enough for believing in Bella! This training is worth doing for your dog and yourself! Again, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

Packages start at $2,400 including In-home training and group sessions. Platinum is our most popular package. All pricing can be found on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home to meet you and your dog for a free evaluation. We will bring one of our dogs along as well to provide a demonstration.
