We offer highly competitive rates. No milage charges, no hidden costs. Inspection fees are transparent and industry competitive. Price of the Home inspection depends on the covered area of the property. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can book an inspection by visiting our website or calling the phone number provided in the profile. You will select the time and date for the inspection and provide the property address. We will send you the inspection agreement with the invoice. Once you sign it and submit the agreement we will send you a confirmation. The inspection will be scheduled. If you have any customized or special requirement regarding time or access, please intimate us via email or phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At ALHUMD Inspections we are certified and licensed inspectors. We complete rigorous on field training and do continuing education.
