Don't pretend they know how to place commercial concrete.Jun 7, 2017VerifiedArmor Prep Coatings's reply
When I am hired to simply place and finish the concrete, that's what we do..... we cannot be responsible for elevation changes if there are no specific marked points of reference. Elevations can not be 'eyed', they must be properly marked. Commercial or residential its all the same......elevations must be clearly marked so that finishers will know start and stop points. Sometimes in an attempt to save a dollar, more work is created instead of allowing the concrete contractor do the entire job........sorry customer is unhappy but if you choose to do all the prep work, and set elevation points, its all on you if they are not all the same.......
I can't say enough about Armor Pre Coating, the owner Greg is a great profession young man, he came out when he said he would to look at the job. Returned my calls as soon as he could. The stamped concrete work on my front walk way is great, and the color is what I wanted. His working staff, was great to work with, and the clean up after the jog was great. Very little mess... I had a few problems with the concrete work, Greg said he would be out the next day to take care of it.. Yes! he did come out the next day and the problem was fixed. A awesome company and would highly recommend the Armor Prep Coating Co to everyone. I give it a 6 star plus, for the owner and workers, and the quality of work that was done. It really looks great! Thank you again..Aug 27, 2018Verified

After securing an appointment with Greg for an estimate, he failed to show up or even calI to say he couldn't make it. I took off from work to meet with him. Won't be using them!Jun 19, 2017VerifiedArmor Prep Coatings's reply
It always pains me to overbook or overlook any scheduled appointment; my deepest apologies are from the heart and I wish this customer that I never got the chance to meet all the best with their project....unfortunately you win some and lose some.....but my work speaks for itself..............
