***UPDATE*** Regardless of any kind of disagreement, this is no way to speak to anyone. I was respectful and he knows exactly what happened and this was his response. When having "tenants" were mentioned, I was hung up on. I attempted to call back and the phone was not answered, nor was my phone call returned. It's perfectly fine if you do not want to work with non owner occupied residents, but just communicate that and I simply would have said thank you for your time and sought other options. Good luck moving forward, I wish you all the success.

Agape Plumbing really did a great job when I had significant plumbing issues which caused water to flow from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs entryway. The flooding meant that my downstairs ceiling had to be torn out to get to the plumbing problem. They responded quickly, fixed the plumbing issue promptly and charged a fair price. Unfortunately, another pipe burst a couple of days later which required more extensive work than the first job. Again, they responded quickly and took care of the leak. Even though the second leak required more of the ceiling to be torn out, they still charged a fair price.

Agape Drain and plumbing did a great job identifying where the leak was coming from. Apparently, the pipes burst. The pipes were replaced on the same day within an hour. I would use them again.

He responded quickly however showed up later than stated. Additionally, I believe the price was over charged and my sink has started backing up again. He also “changed” flush valve assembly but I am not totally convinced this was completed because he shut the bathroom door while performing the task so could not see what he was doing. Not pleased at all.
