If you're a homeowner, you know hard it is to find a quality contractor that is fair in their pricing, shows great customer service and does GREAT work. Well-- these guys exceeded in all three areas for us. From the responsiveness to set up our initial appointment for our estimate- D.J. and Andy have been awesome. They were punctual and very communicative the entire way through our bathroom remodel. They explained the MANY things I didn't understand in what was needed and how the job would be completed. The progress payments throughout the process is great, too....it helps to make sure the customer is satisfied each step of the process-- I appreciated that as well. As you can see, the bathroom is gorgeous. I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work, friendliness and professionalism. Thank you D.J. and Andy!!!!

Andy and his team were super easy to work with. They did great work painting my stairwells, hallways, and trim. Also had them tile an accent wall in my half bathroom and it cams our awesome.

We had an emergency, (active leak and water damage) in the master bathroom and contacted several contractors and Comprehensive Restoration Services was the one that were able to work we us to accommodate our situation. Andy and DJ came to our house assessed the situation and gave us a fare estimate. They were very clear that they had other projects and that their schedule was very limited. Due to our situation they were able to have some flexibility and proposed a schedule for our project, which was able to fix the problem and at the same time they kept working with the other customers. Once work commenced, they explained the process as they were going and what needed to be done to fix the problem. They took the time to make sure everything was properly fixed and the way we wanted it. We are very happy with the end product.

They walked us through the process. Very trustworthy. Knowledgeable fixed the subfloor tiled bathroom floor and walls. Cleaned up. Best part is we never went without a toilet. Very clean grout lines.

I had my floors replaced and needed to get the new baseboards painted. I decided to hire Comprehensive Restoration because of the good reviews and their reasonable estimate.
I had a very good experience with this company. They are skilled, reasonably priced, flexible with scheduling, and pleasant to work with. The whole process from the initial estimate done by through to the painting at the end was painless! Andy was friendly, explained things clearly and came across as honest – which is hard to find! They were good at keeping in touch and seem very organized. They did careful prep work before painting and the result looked great!
I plan to call them for other projects and will recommend Comprehensive Restoration to my family and friends!
