Upfront and honest professional. It was decided it would be better and more cost effective to buy a new printer than trying to repair my current one since it is pretty old. I was glad to know this so I wouldn't have to spend money on a repair or fix that might not last and then buy a new one. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely use MZ Solution again whenever I need help with any of my tech and electronics. Thank you MZ Solution.

Martial is a consummate professional without equal. I had several technical issues with two of my printers that I was unable to resolve in spite of extensive online research. Martial had the Canon printer back up and running in a matter of minutes, and it has been performing flawlessly since. The other printer took a bit longer to diagnose because of a mechanical defect but it, too, is now printing perfectly. In addition to his experise in printers, Martial also possesses skills in desktop, laptop and cellphone repair. He is not only superby qualified technically, but exceptionally friendly, cooperative and willing to accommodate the customer’s schedule. I know I will seek his help in the future because, in every way, he is simply tops. I highly recommend him without reservation.
