Upfront and honest professional. It was decided it would be better and more cost effective to buy a new printer than trying to repair my current one since it is pretty old. I was glad to know this so I wouldn't have to spend money on a repair or fix that might not last and then buy a new one. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely use MZ Solution again whenever I need help with any of my tech and electronics. Thank you MZ Solution.

MZ SOLUTIONS IS A COMPANY FOR WHICH WE DID NOT HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, NOR DID WE IDENTIFY PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED THEIR SERVICES. Mr. Ze arrived on time, perhaps a bit early. He presented himself in a professional manner and solicited from us the issues that required resolution. He resolved the printer issues within an hour. We were concerned about whether the cost of the service would approach that of the purchase of a new printer. The service charge did not approximate the cost of a new printer. We advised Mr. Ze that we plan to request his services again if we require them. This was a positive interaction and experience. Brian S
