For me, great service from a company doesn’t mean everything is always perfect. It’s more about how they resolve any problems I might have with their work. Well, Outlook Plumbing and Drain passes that test with flying colors! I called Joseph, the owner, with an issue one afternoon on the day after one of his employees did some work at my residence. He took time to listen carefully, thanked me for giving him the opportunity to make things right, and then he PERSONALLY came out the next day (within 24 hours of my call) to fix my problem, at no additional charge to me. In fact, he had to come by twice to get the job fully done. At the end of the day, I was 100% satisfied and very glad I’d chosen this company. I also own two investment properties along with that residence. Joseph is now my plumber!

Joseph did a great job explaining what was wrong with my water heater and the options I had. He got the job done in a couple of hrs. and I had hot water again. He took his time going over the plumbing set up in my house and what I should look out for in the future!
