My only regret is that I frustratingly called around looking for plumbing estimates before messaging this plumber with five star reviews, because let me tell you -- this IS the only plumber you need. From start to finish, Joseph Suanlian of Outlook Plumbing was immediately responsive within minutes, exceptionally professional, and reasonably priced—far better than every other estimate I received. Joseph is a master plumber who clearly knows his craft inside and out and truly cares about making his customers satisfied with the work and the price. He installed our new hot water heater, sump pump, fixed a few minor toilet issues, added an access panel in the wall where there was none, and replaced shower, tub, and sink fixtures. Every task was completed promptly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. He wore booties in the house and took extra care to protect our carpet with drop cloths, which I truly appreciated. He also took care of additional minor details without adding extraneous costs. Joseph took the time to answer all my many questions and made sure I understood the work being done. It’s rare to find someone both this skilled and this thoughtful. If you need plumbing work done, Joseph Suanlian is the one you want on the job.
