LOOK NO FURTHER! WE HIT THE JACKPOT WITH JOSEPH! Joseph responded promptly to our request. After receiving exorbitant quotes from other companies, Joseph put our fears to rest by explaining that we did not need the expensive ductwork that Home Depot said that was required. So instead of a $4,000 repair, Joseph will be installing our hot water heater on Monday for less than half the price, parts included. While he was here, he performed work on a bathroom sink drain and upgraded the trap. We have a lot of future projects for him and hope to keep him "very busy" installing a new kitchen faucet, laundry tub faucet, and a whole house filtration system, to name a few. Not only is he honest, he is competent and a truly lovely person. We recommend him highly.
