Amazing experience with Complete Electrical Solutions, LLC!
Over the past two months, we have worked with Steve, the owner, on multiple projects: replacing a chandelier, installing a landscape lighting transformer, repairing existing outdoor lighting as well as replacing two ceiling fans. Throughout each project, Steve was responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. His excellent work consistently exceeded our expectations.

I had a great experience with Complete Electrical Solutions, LLC. They replaced six outdoor light fixtures around my home—including the front door, garage, side garage door, patio door, and basement door.
The work was done efficiently, and everything looks clean and professionally installed. What really stood out was their extra effort: they also installed a security camera for me at no additional charge.

Steve and his companion did an excellent job installing recessed lights in three of our bedrooms. They were incredibly punctual, worked quickly and efficiently, and were genuinely nice throughout the entire process. The new lights look fantastic and have truly transformed the rooms. Highly recommend!
I was in search of an electrician to install new light fixtures in my home. From the start, Steve was responsive and provided a very fair estimate. Complete Electrical was an absolute pleasure to work with. Scheduling was seamless and the team was punctual on the service day. There were a few issues with my fixtures out the box; however, they were able to troubleshoot and figure out a way to complete the installation with quality. I greatly appreciated the added effort. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices more towards the low end of being competitive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m kind of old school , I prefer speaking to someone on the phone or in person as opposed to texting . I feel that they get to know you a little better this way , you don’t really get to know someone through texting. I also like to meet with them and look at the project , not just quoting a price sight unseen. It tends to work better for both parties involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was very fortunate in that I worked for the same gentlemen for 17 years and to this day I would say without a doubt he was the most knowledgeable electrician I have ever met, everything was by the book , never cut corners and if you are going to do it do it right the first time. So with that being said, I learned most of what I know from him on the job.
