Rich is knowledgable, professional, and service oriented. He told us what we needed and why but also answered all our questions to make the decision making easier. This has been a complicated problem and process for us. With Rich he has taken out much of the complication and now it's a matter of timing. BPM reviews are definitely deserved. Matt’s customer service and responsiveness was stellar. We ran into a hiccup with the WSSC inspection but it was no fault of BPM. The water heater was installed by a father and son duo who my husband stated were phenomenal. They were professional got the job done, cleaned up the area and left us happy. Really good work and personnel.
