These guys did a fantastic job of installing a brand new water heater at my rental property. I asked that they pull permits for the work and do everything by the book, and they graciously help coordinate the permit inspection and we passed the inspection easily. Rich is very professional, punctual, and responsive. I approached Rich to see if my current HVAC can be upgraded or if I need to change entirely. His honest, professional advice made me adjust my needs to get me to the best energy-efficient HVAC system with reduced cost. Initially, I planned to go for a heat pump and high energy efficient gas furnace, and he advised me to go for an AC instead of a heat pump if I am already planning for a high-efficiency gas furnace to reduce costs and benefit from the maximum efficiency of the equipment would offer.
