These guys did a fantastic job of installing a brand new water heater at my rental property. I asked that they pull permits for the work and do everything by the book, and they graciously help coordinate the permit inspection and we passed the inspection easily. Very professional, very responsive, all around great.

My gas furnace finally gave up after a long 32 years, but it happened 3 days before Christmas. BPM came to the rescue and got me a whole new system in less than 48 hours! They even provided space heaters in the meantime. The installers were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They came back on new years eve to install the rest of the system. They work fast and efficiently. I got a whole new furnace, AC, humidifier and high quality filter (for my allergies) all the the same price I was quoted the furnace and AC alone from the competitors here. They were also very flexible and able to accommodate multiple payment methods. They had excellent customer service and were very punctual. Couldn't be happier, so thank you for everything!

They were able to fit us in quickly and did an excellent job with the replacement. They even spent time explaining everything to my husband which he enjoyed. The new hot water heater works great and the new shut off valves they installed will make it easier should we have another issue.
