Because we provide specialized, highly thorough diagnostic inspections up front, our clients know exactly what to expect without surprising change-orders down the line
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built on transparency and precision. We begin with a meticulous, top-to-bottom forensic inspection of the property to identify exactly what needs to be addressed. From there, we provide a detailed, line-item project proposal so you know exactly where your investment is going. Once approved, we coordinate all specialized logistics—including any necessary subcontractor coordination—and keep you updated until the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
am a fully licensed contractor and certified inspector. My training covers deep forensic property inspections, exterior structural engineering principles, advanced roofing and shingle systems, and strict compliance with regional building codes to ensure every project is built to last and fully warrantied.
