Daniel drove us to our anniversary dinner. We requested him at 7:45 and my phone rang at 7:44 when he arrived. He was courteous, friendly and professional. The temperature in the car was very comfortable. He drove defensively and we never felt nervous at all. We were 5 minutes early for our reservation. Everything was better than I expected. I recommend EK, especially for someone like me that doesn't use private chauffeurs and just wanted to kick it up a notch for one special evening.

The Bridal Party loved Emmanuel , he was great . The only problem was the air was not working and it was a sauna ! Not a great thing to happen on such a hot day ! Things happen , and the day went on .

Excellent service, excellent care of our children going to prom. Always kept in communication with both parents as to all the destinations he was taking them. Was punctual, courteous. The children loved him. He made the parents feel comfortable from the moment he responded to our request. Price was extremely reasonable. Will use over an over again.

We do offer standard pricing for to/from the major airports, point-to-point rides and the hourly charter rides and also a deal package .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all - WE LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS! We want to hear their wishes and needs and then we are trying to make the best possible offer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cars have a commercial insurance with a coverage of 1 MILLION $ and they are passing required safety inspection every 6 months. The vehicles that operate in the DMV have required City of MD plates and the drivers have City of MD Chauffeur License (PSC HARD CARD ").
