- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on prepaid packages of 10 massages for the price of 9. I offer various seasonal discounts available by e-mail to Namaste Studio clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client sessions are 60 minutes long. Clients fill out a short intake form and we discuss goals for the treatment for 5 or so minutes prior to the session. We begin our treatment with communication being key so that I might tailer my work to meet the client's needs. After the session I leave the room and allow the client time to settle and meet at the front studio, where the front desk will handle payment and potential rebooking. The client leaves feeling great!
