FAQs

Prices for all services are listed on my website. therapybox.org
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LISTENING! The most important part of creating a customized session for each client for each visit is to listen to them. For me to best know how to help my clients I like to hear what their goals for the session are, where they are with their health and wellness and what motivated them to reach out to me to set up that day’s appointment. I feel that effective communication, from the very beginning is key to establishing a trusting relationship and optimal environment for healing. Initial appointments with new clients also consist of having them complete an intake form which allows the client to share a wide variety of information such as recent injuries, current or past health issues, allergies and other details that need to be considered for the therapy session. From there I may ask further clarifying questions and then we move to the hands-on work.
