- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I prefer to meet in a comfortable setting and discuss a client's goals. I like to learn about them a bit to make sure we will make a good team. I want them to feel comfortable and confident in how I'm going to help them. We typically discuss medical history, any past exercise experience, and any concerns they have. After our initial meeting, I'll come up with a workout program, and we go from there!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In college, I gained a lot of weight. I started working out and instantly fell in love. The moves and exercises just made sense to me. I decided to try personal training as a side job, and I adore it! After training a client, I have a huge sense of accomplishment. I love to make people happy and help them find themselves and love who they are.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind! I've worked with children/ young adults, as well as people in their 20s through 70s. Everyone can workout. I've also worked with clients who are morbidly obese and want to lose weight, or clients who want to gain muscle and learn about working out.
