Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Anthony has providing my fiance and I self defense lessons for a few weeks now. The sessions combine self defense and basic strengthening exercises. He is amazing and kicks our butt every session! He is extremely responsive to our needs and continues to work with us patiently until we understand the moves.
I went to Brian for self-defense lessons. I had no previous experience, but I never felt talked down to or uncomfortable with Brian. His techniques were very practical and real-life applicable, as well as quick to pick up. Brian gave lots of instruction to make sure I understood everything and made the learning process easy. After just a few weeks I already began to feel very capable of defending myself in a wide variety of situations due to Brian's training. I highly recommend Brain, and would definitely go back to him.
Mr. Schinasi conducted a class with me and my children and their friends. My daughter and her friends were going away to college and we wanted to offer some training in self defense. David had a plan and was patient with us and thorough. After the class, I felt confident that the girls were introduced to the basics of self defense. We plan to have another session soon. This is not a typical self-defense class. This is a re-training of my mind to better understand the physical forces at work, so I can then retrain my body to respond in a most efficient way. Joshua is a phenomenal teacher and fighter of BJJ, Kickboxing and MMA. He tailors to your specific strengths and weaknesses, so that you get maximum value out of each class. He focuses on technique, fighting concepts, conditioning all the while ensuring you have fun during the process. Learning is everything here and he encourages self-filming or bringing in a partner to train with at no extra charge. The gym in a good shape, with all the necessary equipment and padding you would associate with MMA gyms. Joshua is constantly making improvements to the gym to keep it competitive and in good condition. He has many different types of classes and he is very flexible. It is no wonder why he has such a following, his knowledge and sincerity is rare in this industry.
Alex did some personal training and self defense sessions for myself and two teenage children. He brought equipment and was very knowledgeable about strength training, different abilities, and self defense techniques. It was great to be able to workout at home and with my older kids. We hope to resume classes with him later this summer.

When I met breelaun, I had just stepped foot into a gym for the very first time in 19 years!! I didn't have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and was very intimidated by the machines. breelaun didn't make me feel like a big out of shape loser. He is very patient, and knowledgeable on fitness & nutrition. He's super laid back and not your typical "military" style trainer.
