Excellent! Did a sump pump replacement in a tight space. He was so good, I had James come back the next day to perform preventative maintenance on my main exterior drain. I even recommended him to my neighbor for their sump pump maintenance.

M. Lian was very responsive and came to my kitchen drain fiasco/rescue immediately. He was very professional and informative and proceeded to fix my problem to perfection. He went above and beyond to find and fix hidden problems that I didn't even see and he didn't leave until everything was up and running properly.
