Carlos and his team were excellent; I began planning my event months, and Carlos was more than willing to help curate drink options leading up to the event to showcase our individual choices. On the event day, our bartender, Tony, kept the drinks flowing from start to finish. The Pineapple ginger whiskey sour was such a significant hit.
