I cannot say enough good things about Carlos! We were hosting a corporate networking social and had another bartender cancel on us at the absolute last minute. Carlos stepped in with 24 hours' notice and completely saved our event. He was incredibly professional, arrived early to set up, and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond by designing and printing a custom cocktail menu for our signature drink! Our guests had an amazing time, and his service was completely seamless. If you need a reliable, high-quality bartender for a corporate or private event, book him immediately. We will definitely be using his services again!
Details: 11 - 25 guests • Corporate event • Low key / casual • Public venue • Beer • Liquor / mixed drinks • Wine • Venue will already have a bar • Tip jars not allowed • Setup / cleanup • Glassware • Disposable cups • Ice

I booked Carlos for a 40th birthday party and he was great. He was responsive throughout the planning process, giving good suggestions for cocktails and providing a comprehensive shopping list. On the day of the party, he showed up early enough to get everything set up and looking professional before the party started. He did a great job throughout the party, and I got multiple compliments from folks on him. 5 Stars - will definitely book him again for my next party.
Details: 51 - 75 guests • Birthday party • Upbeat / lively • Private residence • Beer • Liquor / mixed drinks • Wine • Non-alcoholic beverages • Bartender will need to bring the bar • Tip jars not allowed

My wife and I searched all over to find some kind of bar service for our wedding day. We came across Carlos and the level of professionalism is out the roof. We were both satisfied with the service and the attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure we were guided with all things needed drink wise and he would come to us directly the day of the wedding to make sure we were able to get more drinks without waiting the line. We had enough for everyone to have a great night. He creates a very personal touch to his clients and also provides recommendations from his experience to enhance the service the day of and ensure you save as much as you can without over spending.
I would 100% recommend him to any event small or large. And will also reach out to him personally if I ever come across needing such services again.
