- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of my projects whether it be in the studio or at the clients site are unique. In preparation to prepare a quote, I create a listing of all material and its respective volume and pricing. I then add my estimate of labor and present a total cost. In rare cases, I am able to provide a Not To Exceed (NTE) price and occasionally able to finish at a lower than projected cost. Generally, projects are fixed pricing. ________________________________________________________________ We now offer PayPal Credit providing NO PAYMENTS AND NO INTEREST if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quite often people look at a finished product and only see it completed. What is extremely hard to visualize and appreciate is the detail and time that goes into creating an outstanding finished product. I tend to keep my clients involved by providing status and photos of the work being done. This helps in providing a more accurate achievment of their vision. "People Support What They Help To Create". Starting with the initial conversation, I strive to understand what my client desires, help them to understand the level of my effort by sharing a visualization of what they want and discussing it with them. Set realistic expectations of what will be done, the end result and timing to accomplish the project. COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT IN DELIVERING CONSISTENT CLIENT SATISFACTION.
